Heena is a highly skilled and internationally trained Physiotherapist who is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and mastering new techniques to provide the best possible care for her patients. Complementing her expertise, she also possesses a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from George Brown College.
One of Heena’s core beliefs is empowering her patients through education, ensuring they understand their condition and recovery process, and enabling them to prevent future injuries. Her extensive training includes specialization in soft tissue release (STR), as well as peripheral and spinal mobilizations. In her pursuit of excellence, she is has furthered her education in Functional IMS (FIMS), reinforcing her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.
Driven by a passion for evidence-based practice, Heena is dedicated to expanding her skills in manual therapy, sports injuries, and pelvic health. Her desire to deliver the most effective treatments is matched by her fluency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Gujarati, allowing her to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse range of patients.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Heena embraces her adventurous spirit by traveling and indulging in various cuisines.
