LISHA ALVARES
Resident Physiotherapist
Lisha is a Resident Physiotherapist with a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and evidence-based care. She has completed six years of formal physiotherapy education and brings over three years of hands-on clinical experience working with clients experiencing musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions.
Lisha has experience conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Her clinical approach includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility and functional training, and injury prevention strategies tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, empowering individuals to better understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.
With a background in both clinical and community-based settings, Lisha values a holistic yet goal-oriented approach to care. She works collaboratively with patients and interdisciplinary teams to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient-centred practice.
