Biography
Amy has 10 years experience in treating acute and chronic overuse injuries, sports rehabilitation and injuries incurred from long hours of working at a desk or poor posture using Deep Tissue, Myofascial & Trigger Point Release, NeuroMuscular techniques and joint mobilization infused with Swedish Massage to help the body reset itself to an optimal state.
With a wide range of experience and a solid foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and pathology, Amy complemented her thorough understanding of human anatomy and her holistic approach to design treatment plans specific to each clients needs.
Amy is also trained in Lymphatic Drainage in Oakville and can help relieve inflammation related to lymphedema.
